Dream Builders University Foundation (DBUF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping youth, families, and communities with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to turn aspirations into achievement. Founded as Soaring Hawk Foundation, our roots are grounded in mentoring and empowerment, but our wings have expanded to reach broader horizons.
Today, as Dream Builders University Foundation, we stand as a catalyst for opportunity, leadership, and legacy-building, investing in the dreams of individuals so they can lead lives of purpose, passion, and impact.

Empowering Youth Through Three Years of Transformational Summer Programming
For the past three summers, Dream Builders University Foundation has partnered with Dream Builders University to deliver a powerful summer experience that’s more than just a program—it’s a movement of mindset, mentorship, and momentum.
Each summer, our goal has remained the same: to create safe, enriching spaces where young people—particularly youth of color—are seen, heard, and supported as they grow into the leaders they were born to be.
